New Program: Le Grand Diplôme Professionnel Starts January 2010!
Le Grand Diplôme Professionnel Program, exclusively offered in Ottawa, is a 10 month integrated program designed for today’s aspiring chef looking to fast track their career in the culinary arts.
Le Grand Diplôme Professionnel gives students the perfect balance between hands-on practical experience in French cuisine and pâtisserie.
techniques while teaching essential culinary arts theory, certifications, critical industry knowledge and global culinary arts trends. This program also includes a 12 week internship.

Renowned Chef Stefan D. Czapalay visits Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute Students treated to a Presentation on Rice
On November 4th, LCB Ottawa Culinary Institute students were treated to a presentation and demo by Chef Stefan D. Czapalay, c.c.c, one of Canada's premiere culinary activists as part of a USA Rice Federation event.

Ottawa Chefs head to the Big Apple Le Cordon Bleu Chefs add a French Touch to New York Food Network Festival
Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Master Sculptor Armando Baisas and Chef Instructor Daniel Verati made the trip down to New York to join forces with high end French food and wine purveyors. The team of chefs put on culinary demonstrations this past weekend to Food Network Food and Wine festival attendees at the Astor Center.
